The whole of last week, RnB singer Jidenna real Theodore Mobisson has been and his visit saw him perform at the recently concluded Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards (ASFAs) and Blankets and Wine which took place last Friday and Sunday respectively.
During the stay, Talent Africa and Uganda Tourism Board gave him a treat of a 3 day mini vacation to Murchison Falls National Park which sits on the shores of Lake Albert, in northwest Uganda. This is where the great River Nile explodes through a 7-metre narrow gorge and cascades down to become a placid river whose banks are thronged with hippos and crocodiles, waterbucks and buffaloes.
The ‘Classic Man’ singer took part in numerous participated in numerous tourist activities including a game drive, bike safari, boat ride and a hike to the top of Murchison Falls and was accommodated at Nile Safari Lodge.
“The trip to Murchison Falls was magnificent and euphoric. I was in awe and struck by the power, force and finesse of the waterfall. What I love about here was being surrounded by nature, water and greenery. I learned a lot about animals on this trip and realised they are just like people in many ways. Uganda will definitely be a country I visit again really soon” Jidenna Siad
Aly Allibhai the CEO Talent Africa who commended Uganda for being an amazing tourist destination said it was a pleasure hosting Jidenna whom they took to Murchison Falls National Park which is a different side Uganda that people in the western world are not aware of
