When FDC called on all its supporters not to work on Thursdays, some people took it seriously and decided to stay home while as some others asked themselves one thing ‘won’t I get fired.’ The whole situation has gone back and forth with many people confused about what to do.
Bebe Cool who is known supporter of the ruling party NRM recently took to his social media platforms to address the issue,
‘After the fdc press conference where they asked Ugandans to close their businesses every Thursday to prove bla bla black, I made it a point to go through town to check out the businesses owned by the leader,’ he said.
The proud father of five further went to say, ‘Total petrol station in Nsambya is where I stopped. To my surprise it was open as usual n I decided to buy some fuel to support the opposition leader in his endeavour to make money, eradicate poverty and lead a good life.’
If that wasn’t enough, Bebe Cool went to say that a good leader should lead by example.
I only thought a true leader leads by example.
I thought a true leader shares the pain with his people.
Am proud I made a good choice of NRM n YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY.
