Music, dance and drama go together and like you know, dancing spices up a music video especially if choreographed well or is funny. On the same note, Dance-hall artiste Beenie Gunter is set to introduce a new dance move dubbed ‘Digu’. Whatever it means, we are not sure but all we know is that it’s a stroke where one acts as if they are riding a motor bike.
Produced by Dj Badejo of Whitfield Mastering production house based in London, ‘Digu’ is Beenie Gunter’s first song he recorded under Perfect Play Africa, a record label that recently signed him and injected a lot of money in his music projects, with Digu video shoot being the first.
“Digu is a dance style that fans will have to see and learn when the video is out and we decided to use the Kitenge attire because Digu is an African song and I really expect a lot from this song because a lot was invested in this and it is going to be massive and entertaining and showcases a different Beenie Gunter.” The dance-hall artiste explained to Chano8 in an exclusive interview.
“It was shot by Sasha Vybz somewhere in Nateete and I just want the good work done on the video by Sasha to speak for itself.” He added.
Check out behind the scenes photos of Beenie Gunter’s ‘Digu’ video shoot expected out soon.
