Beenie Gunter is one of the promising Dancehall artistes doing his thing at Guntalk City record label where he is the boss. He has released successful collabo songs like ‘Nishike’ featuring Pallaso, ‘Tompana’ featuring Eddy Kenzo among others and a few months ago, the Dancehall artiste released yet another collabo song with Nina Roz dubbed ‘International Baby’
It is an Afro- Dancehall tune produced by Man Polo telling a story of a boy and girl who fall in love with each other and go ahead to also confess the things they love about each other. Since then, the video has been one of the items on their fans demand list.
Shot and directed by Kazibwe Dantie of Artmark Films on a roof top of one of the buildings in Kampala, the 3 minutes and 30 seconds video starts with a shot of Beenie Gunter pulling some rear dance strokes with smoky back ground before the next shot which features both Beenie and Nina as they introduce the song
According to how we see the shots, the video has both day and night shots and the video director does a good job of mixing them almost every passing second. Attention is later shifted off Beenie and Nina where we see some of the dancers doing some uniform dance moves but apart from the dancers, there are some video vixens who flaunt their bodies in an erotic kind of way just like how Dancehall songs’ videos be.
In other scenes, different national flags of countries like Kenya, Tanzania, England, USA among many others are seen featuring in the video which adds more meaning to the song ‘International Baby’. The following scenes, which could be the most eye-catching shots is when Nina Rose holds a burning newspaper and later an umbrella emitting a lot of smoke.
In some of the concluding shots Beenie Gunter and Nina Roz pull some funny dance stroke which adds more spice to the video that is already days old online.
