Over the weekend, some Kenyans were jubilating after one of their own was seen on the aisle with a famous Jamaican musician tying the knot and social media went awash over the photos that did rounds not only in Kenya but the rest of the East African region, Uganda inclusive.
The pictures had gospel musician Willy Paul fully dressed in a suit and holding hands with Alaine, with a best man and other people usually escorting the bride and groom by their sides.
The Kenyan artiste further confused everyone by first covering the face of her bride and later after a day unveiling Alaine.
“My family you amaze me with your quick assumptions and predictions …I know the problem is that I didn’t show my newlywed wife’s face ….Here she is …Yesss!!! Alaine said yes. GOD has good things in store for the faithful ones.” Willy Paul captioned.
Willy Paul revealed he was no longer a bachelor afterwards, but the truth behind this wedding was that it happened during their video shoot.
This is not the first time it’s happening as other Kenyan artistes like Jaguar and Bahati all shot fake wedding videos before.
