French football player Djibril Cisse’s time at Liverpool was a blast and those who remember so well, he was an energetic player who scored 24 goals while at Anfield and at one time when Liverpool won Champions League, Cisse totally undressed in celebration.
After 17 good years in active football, Cisse recently announced his retirement and you don’t believe what he ventured into. The 35 year old is now focusing on a new career of deejaying which he will juggle with running his own clothing line called Mr Lenoir
In an interview with Yahoo Sports after his retirement announcement, Cisse had these words to say.
“I loved being a footballer, and so far the ball has been my life. I would have liked to continue playing but I must admit today that football is over. With the same passion, I will devote myself wholeheartedly to my career as DJ, producer and consultant, as well as developing my clothing brand. Thank you for all your support. The adventure continues, another life begins. A lion never dies.”
All that left aside, Cisse played for 11 different clubs and played for his country France 41 matches is a Champions League winner with Liverpool, he has won a golden boot twice and he spent five years playing in the English Premier League.
Going forward, Djibril will no longer run after the ball but make people dance at different functions will be invited to play music at.
