It has been a double jubilation this year for instrumentalist Isaiah Katumwa. Just after holding a successful concert at Serena Hotel a few weeks back which also doubled as the late Hugh Masekela’s tribute, the instrumentalist has celebrated 16 years of marriage.
Sixteen years that have seen him getting two children with his lovely wife Shiella Katumwa. It is not easy being a wife to a musician but the two have withstood all challenges and dedicated their lives to raising their family and staying united.
What better way to show gratitude than posting a powerful message on his social media a few days ago.
“Not by power not by might but by The Spirit of God…Marriage in this generation is really by grace. This day 16years ago, we exchanged vows openly in Church and I want to openly thank God that through thick and thin we are here to say thank You… Thank you my dear wife for standing the good and the bad, the mountains and the valleys….I celebrate you and our union this day.I love this song…. The God in the mountain is still God in the valley when things go wrong, he’ll make them right….#real,” Isaiah wrote on one of his social media platforms
