Like it was the case for Dembe FM’s Kasuku and Eddy Kenzo, musician Jose Chameleone also sorted out his differences with New Vision scribe Sseguya Josephat.
The two had fallen out a few weeks ago during Golden Band’s Catherine Kusasira and Fred Seruga’s introduction ceremony. The two almost fought although it was exaggerated in the media that Chameleone beat up Sseguya. A few days later, the journalist was at different Police stations reporting that Chameleone had assaulted him.
What started as a joke turned serious when the Vision writer engaged his lawyers to take up legal action against the musician who claimed that he never laid a finger on the ‘Enkyenkya’ presenter on Bekedde TV.
However, the story got a new twist two days ago when Josephat Sseguya was secretly recorded opening up to someone that Chameleon never beat him up. He further said that he just wanted money because he Is aging and has problems.
As that was still sinking in, events promoter Balaam Byarugahare came out yesterday and reconciled the two parties.
“The unnecessary fight amongst 2 Brothers and clan mates Dr Jose Chameleone and Josephat Sseguya has been buried. Thanks to God I have been able to reconcile them this evening with the Help of counsel Kiryowa kiwanuka KK Advocate. Thank you Dr Jose and Josephat for having forgiving hearts and good intentions for each other.” Balaam wrote on his facebook.
