If there is any media personality who has gone through hills and valleys to become such a successful man, it is none other than J Kazoora.
From presenting Jam Agenda on defunct WBS TV, to becoming a Pepsi ambassador, Kazoora is one of the bosses at Magic HD TV, owns a production house that distributes content on several stations, has a music studio as well as doing adverts for top brands in Uganda.
However, with all that success, Kazoora was arrested on Monday the 21st of May over failure to pay a bank loan amount to Ug Shs 54 million.
He was arrested yesterday afternoon at Lugogo by-pass by bailiffs from Tuskem Associates who have been following him for the past one year.
The Buddies owner took the loan from United Bank of Africa (UBA) in 2015 and has since then failed to pay back, making promises every now and then.
It is on that note that Mr Deo Nzeyimana, the deputy registrar in-charge of the Execution Division of the High Court signed the committal warrant sending Kazoora off to civil prison.
If he fails to pay back the money, Kazoora is likely to spend around six months at Luzira Civil prison.
This is not the first time he is facing the wrath of authorities as the previous incident happened in Rwanda where he was arrested for close to a year.
