You can do anything good to benefit people and you don’t necessarily need to be a resident of that area or a national if it is a national level. City socialite Jack Pemba a Tanzanian by nationality based in Uganda is one doing things of help some of the Ugandans.
Under his Pemba group of companies, he over the last weekend alongside Urban TV’s Kabs Halloha visited Kamuli Lubaawo Primary School located in Naalya and according to what he promised, it will be bright future for the school if he full fills those promises.
Pemba and Halloha were taken around the school premises by Mr Buteera Protorius the Head teacher and they were touched to see the appalling situation of the school which he (Pemba) seems to have personal interests in.
After the walk around the school, Pemba who was escorted by his wife Sheba Kasami met the entire school at an assembly where he had words of encouragement he told the pupils. He left the school administration with Shs 5 million cash and some items like sacks of sugar, rice and posho plus scholastic materials like exercise books, pens among others.
The most important thing Pemba promised was to rebuild the school on a new piece of land, a project that will cost Shs 350 million. He left the school administration with a task of looking for land and notify him so that the project can commence immediately.
