In a bid to make the song ‘Mbozi za Malwa’ popular both in Uganda and Kenya, artistes Bebe Cool and Kenya’s Sauti Sol, have embarked on a strategy to have one lucky dancer walk away with a cash price and an opportunity to mix and mingle.
The artistes soon after releasing the song penned up a dance challenge between Ugandans and Kenyans with the winner taking away not only Shs1.750,000 but also a date with either of the musicians. The dance challenge is on and the winner will be announced on the 26th of this particular month.
“So, Bebe Cool claimed that Ugandan girls are better dancers than Kenyan girls. To prove him wrong, we’d like to announce an online dance contest between Kenyan girls and Ugandan girls to settle this once and for all,” said Sauti Sol posted on their page.
They also added that they will preside over the Kenyan dancers who have to shoot a video clip dancing to ‘Mbozi Za malwa’ and upload it on Instagram and Facebook while Bebe Cool does the same about the Ugandan dancers.
The audio is already getting a lot of shares, reviews and as of yesterday, it was one of the most talked about song in both countries with the video expected to come out a few days from now.
