Do you remember of a song entitled ‘Bulamu Bwensi’ that was a major hit the year 1999 and early 2000’s? Well, the hit maker and Ragga veteran Mad Tiger, who has been off the scene for a while, is back and brooding over a major launch come December.
He is currently promoting his ‘Ffe Tuliko’ song off his new ‘Across The Nile’ album which he is slated to launch in December. Chano8 had an exclusive phone chat with him and he had this to say.
“I am still promoting my ‘Ffe Tuliko’ tune and I recently got done with the shooting of its video which I injected 5 million shillings in at JahLive studios. Very soon it’s coming out. I should be launching my ‘Across The Nile’ album in December because people have showed me love and I feel am back in the game.”
“As for the boycott, me as a music veteran I say it’s useless, Ugandans love good music for example if you are to see, Bebe Cool has released ‘Ki Ekiganye’, Chameleone is in the USA for shows. The Tubonga Naawe boycott saga will fade away.”
“I personally performed at all the recent Radio and Weasel’s Omwana Wa Baandi album launch shows, they were all massive except the Mukono show that did not take place because sound machines came late.” He concluded
To the fans who have been wondering what’s up the ‘Bulamu Bwensi’ singer, watch the space for his mind blowing ‘Ffe Tuliko’ video and prepare to catch him live at his ‘Across The Nile’ album launch sometime in December.
The album has tracks like ‘Across The Nile’, ‘Ffe Tuliko’, ‘Lonely’ ‘Many Many’, ‘New Day’, A‘Uganda’, ‘Police’, ‘Jah Jah’, ‘Dem A Feel’ and ‘Ina Di Dancehall’. Chano8 will keep you updated on any new developments regarding Mad Tiger’s album launch.
