Lucky Mbabazi’s ‘Lucky’s Groove Back’ Returns For 3rd Edition Today

Capital FM’s presenter Lucky Mbabazi introduced the ‘Lucky’s Groove Back’ which is a fitness program/event where she invites professional fitness instructors to equip participants with simple drills that they can do on their own to keep fit abd in shape

The event kicked off in March with the inaugural edition happening on  the 9th of the same mouth at the KCCA grounds in Lugogo.

From the time the 2nd edition took place at Legends Rugby Grounds located in Naggulu on 4th of May, there has not been any communication for the 3rd, making participants, especially those who had picked serious interest in the event to think otherwise.

However, together with her husband Patrick Kanyomozi (a renowned sports journalist) who is also the event’s manager, Lucky has been cooking something fresh to make it even more interesting

While hosting journalists at a press briefing on Friday morning the 6th of September, Lucky announced the dates for the ‘Lucky’s Groove Back’ edition three slated for today Saturday the 7th of September at a new venue, MTN Arena in Lugogo.

The Capital FM presenter, the pioneer and host of this ‘fitness program’ said she was impressed with the reception the people have given to the ‘Groove Back’ all the way from the 1st and 2nd editions.

“The way Lucky’s Groove Back has been received is amazing, it’s so motivating to see that people now appreciate physical fitness more and are willing to take better care of their bodies. From the two editions we have had, I can proudly say that the impact has been felt and I just can’t wait for this 3rd edition,” Lucky said

The 3rd edition has come with news things as kick boxers Golola Moses and Patricia Apolot will be there to take participants through the work out sessions as well as giving them tips to keep fit and working out

Apart from Golola and Apolot, participants will be treated to different fun-filled work out sessions conducted by the best instructors in the country.
