On Friday August 14th Journalists from different media houses around Kampala were treated to some fan game activities at Lake Side Adventure Park in Mukono as Crown Beverages Limited unveiled a new single-serve bottle for Mountain Dew
The new fun ‘Grip’ design also marks the first design update since the brand was introduced onto the market which is part of the company’s ongoing update of marketing and packaging materials for the sodas.
Mrs Berna Kizza, the Pepsi brand manager said the content does not change and thanked the journalists for taking part in the games that tested endurance and team work.
The unique packaging innovation that will glorify the new experience of drinking Mountain Dew will be available in 330ml and later 500ml PET at an attractive retail price of Shs1,200 and Shs1,700 respectively which will be rolled onto the market immediately in supermarkets, shops and dukas.

The unique international styling of the pack is globally patented. The winning media houses and individuals walked away with sports bikes, T-Shirts and cartons of Mountain Dew.
Mountain Dew sponsors extreme sports like the national motocross championship, adventure cycling, video gaming, among others.
