Comedian Pablo real names Kenneth Kimuli is one of the big names when it comes to comedy and through the years he has proven he is still on top of his game when it comes to cracking ribs. Last year, he thrilled revellers at the ‘Comedy Meets music’ charity concert that took place at Serena Hotel in October.
The comedian this time around has returned with something new and a different kind of set up as opposed to the usual shows. For the very first time, Pablo has organised the first-ever two day gospel stand up comedy show slated for Friday the 9th of June and Saturday the 10th. The ‘Laugh For Heaven’s Sake’ show that will take place at the National Theatre is a family show which means parents can be free to come with children.
Being a gospel show, Pablo promises 100% clean comedy showcases and when we contacted him for more information and what revellers should expect, he had this to say.
“The 2hr production will showcase other comedians both established like Daniel Omara, Uncle Bob and the latest comedians like Apollo, Bluetooth among others that have mastered the stand up comedy craft. The comedians will takes us through a rollercoaster of jokes based on the kingdom principles. The opening acts include Jinku acrobats, and artiste John Marie of the Nsiima fame.”
