Despite the fact that her critics and the general public are currently throwing jibes at her over the mistake she made on NTV’s Mwasuze Mutya show, saying that she got 32 points in her A Level exams, this did not stop singer Spice Diana from having and a successful concert on Friday the 9th of February 2018.
The Club Pilsener powered ‘Spice Diana Live In Concert’ that filled the Namasuba based Front Page Hotel’s parking space had lots of exciting things it boasted of like Spice’s thrilling live performance, and other performances from other headlining artistes like Harunah Mubiru, Roden Y, B2C, Sewa Sewa , Weasel Manizo, Eddy Kenzo, Lydia Jazmine, Ghetto Kids among many others.
Spice Diana stepped on stage at around 11:00 PM dressed like an angel, amidst cheers from the crowd. She then performed her hit songs live, one after another and they included ‘Onsanula’, ‘Bimpe’, ‘Njabala’ alongside B2C, ‘Sitoma’, ‘Tekinanta’, ‘Koona’, ‘Bimpe’ and ‘Anti Kale’ among others.
This concert was however meant to take place on 2nd February but was pushed to last Friday after Uganda lost one of the greatest singers of this generation Mowzey Radio. To show respect to the deceased who was also a close friend to Spice Diana, she moved her concert from 2nd to 9th
Spice Diana also premiered her new video to the latest collabo ‘Kyuma’ featuring Radio and Weasel in a way of remembering Radio’s legacy.
