Goodlyfe is one of the best duos in East Africa and they continue to even spread their wings to Africa and the world at large with their hit songs, Radio and Weasel, who have been actively singing together since 2008 and have hit songs like ‘Nakudata’ which did wonders for them.
Since then, the duo has shown more zeal and hard work which has raised them to the apex of their stardom, Radio (born Ssekibogo Moses) and Weasel (born Douglas Mayanja) have done many collabos with many Ugandan artistes for example Pallaso, Desire Luzinda, Irene Ntale among others. They have also done collabos with artistes from other African countries, for example Wiz Kid from Nigeria.
The hit song they sang with the Nigeria’s self proclaimed Star Boy Wiz Kid dubbed ‘Don’t Cry’, gave them more hype in Nigeria. For that matter, the duo has come up with yet another hot tune with a Swahili title ‘Nipe Kifunguo Yako’ literally meaning ‘Give me your Key’. It’s a love song that was produced by one of Uganda’s and East Africa’s finest audio producers Washington.
What is so unique about this new hit is that Wiz Kid was heard perfectly singing some lines in Swahili language a thing that surprised many to find a Nigerian singing in Swahili.
Radio and Weasel, who recently quashed ongoing rumors that they were on the verge of breaking up further proved their haters wrong by releasing their new song Nipe Kifunguo Yako.
