Revellers Get Fitness Tips At Lucky’s Groove Back Season One 

Looking at Capital FM’s Lucky Mbabazi’s body, you may fail to accept that she has four children. Her body shape looks like that of a person who has never had a baby and all this is because of working out. She says she dedicates at least two hours of working out four times a week and the results are impeccable.

With this, she decided to give a few tips to women on how to keep in shape even after delivery and she did this through a workout session at the KCCA FC stadium Lugogo dubbed ‘Lucky’s Groove Back’ last Saturday evening.

The program was to equip people with physical fitness drills that they can do on their own to remain in good shape and participants were taken through different sessions such as Zumba dance which was conducted by Gerry Opoka and the soul sisters while Robbie Fitness took charge of the aerobics and other physical fitness sessions.

The crowd was a mixture of youth, some young and some in their 50s but they came together for one common thing, fitness.

Asked how the session went, a one Amina Babirye said that this is what she has been missing in her life.

“Besides the fun, my body has loosened up. I feel light and energetic. I have been missing such drills for a long time. Hopefully I’ll take the tips from the experts to exercise more and work towards becoming a “Yummy Mummy”.” she said.

With the first edition being a success, Lucky is determined to at least have this done four times a year and with the support of her sponsors, Bata Uganda, Jibu water and Capital FM, this can be possible.

“The turn up has been great. The workout sessions have been fruitful and people have been appreciative. They have in fact asked me to do this more and who am I to refuse,” Lucky said after the event.
