Ever since she was sent to rehabilitation, Keko’s life has never been the same and this stems from back when her contract with Sony was terminated. From both experiences, Keko has finally decided to retire from music which has been her career for the last seven or so years.
The Hip Hop artiste real names Jocelyne Tracey Keko revealed this vital information on her twitter handle but didn’t specify when she’s going to throw in the towel.
Lately, she has been involved in a lot of charity work and we reveled this a couple of days ago when she visited an orphanage in Kisenyi where she donated some few goodies.
The rapper was highly regarded as the best female hip hop artiste not only in Uganda but Africa as a whole and this came after the release of songs like Fallen heroes, How we do, full circle, make you dance, hey hey, alwoo and in the air among others.
During her fame, she was also able to get huge endorsement deals with companies like Pepsi and Mountain Dew.
‘Mutima’ alongside Congo’s guitarist Chamanga was Keko’s last hit in 2015 before she announced her retirement.
