Youthful MP Nsereko Vying For Deputy Speakership

With the Presidential elections long gone, all the attention is now on the heated up campaigns for the top posts in Parliament as several district representatives are coming out to show their interest in different positions, the latest being Kampala MP Muhammad Nsereko.

As Honorable Rebecca Kadaga, the outgoing Speaker of Parliament is busy seeking for another term, her deputy Speaker Hon Jacob Oulanya is also interested to take on his boss in the top job this time round but that is none of Nsereko’s business as his interests lie in the deputy speaker post, a post that Oulanya has been occupying.
