Time and again, clients have always complained about MTN services, whether it’s about their internet bundles or airtime. The newest addition to this list is Anne Kansiime who was totally disgusted by the services being offered to her.

Several fans weighed in on their frustrations as well, but a one Ronnie Justin Kaggwa tried to come to MTN’s rescue by saying:
“We appreciate your feedback. Apologies for asking for your number but it was purposely to allow us to get to the bottom line of your problem, Kindly note, we take all MTN Ugandacustomers equally when it comes to providing our products and services, sorting out faced problems/challenges and all things that need our attention and customer service. We have different helplines (123,122,121,125 and 128), Social Media(Facebook – MTNUGANDA, Twitter – @mtnug, email channel -firstname.lastname@example.org), all these have been set up to allow our Clients to reach us easily for any assistance required and we are always willing and ready to help. Therefore, we wanted to reach you and sort any problems you’re having with our services. True sometimes we have technical issues and we always put all our efforts to resolve the faults as soon as possible however, we apologize and regret all inconveniences caused by the anomalies.”
His comment was only met with further criticism from fans. It’s our only hope that MTN sorts out these issues.
