Sometime back Goodlyfe and Dancehall singer Khalifah Aganaga weren’t at good terms at all. Actually the bad blood or call it ‘Beef’ was mostly between Weasel and Aganaga. Although we don’t the cause of the bad blood, all we know is that their ‘beef’ had spread its wings far and wide especially in the media.
Recently, the 3 artistes resolved their differences and went to studio where they did a Dancehall collabo song dubbed ‘Gudi Gude’ which is currently rocking the airwaves. Like everyone knows that music videos spice the songs, this track’s video is very soon coming for the fans to appreciate.
Shot in two places, that is that is Casia Lounge located in Buziga and Bulango Island on Lake Victoria, Gudi Gude’s video was shot and directed by Jaja Nico of Super Star Films. Chano8 contacted Aganaga’s camp and this is what Emma Carlos his manager told us.
“We had to postpone the video shoot three times and each time we did we paid for venue and equipment but it is exciting, promising and fulfilling to work with Goodlyfe.”
“If all artists could collaborate, Uganda and East Africa can compete as a block against South and West Africa Music. Just like Weasel said in the song ‘Gudi Gude’, we need each other as shoulders. A day after the shoot, MTV Base Africa posted a picture on their Instagram. That’s a window being opened for Khalifah Aganaga.”
