Solid Band being the first entertainers of night, Last night the 2nd edition of the Re-Plugged music show that featured HE Ghetto President Bobi Wine and his Fire Base Crew members went down successfully through energetic performances from Bobi himself and the rest at Club Ambiance located in Bakuli- Kampala. Fans who had already crowded the club by 11pm were first warned up by live band music performances from Solid Band.
At exactly 15 past midnight, Percy the official master of ceremonies for the Re-Plugged started off show time with Nubian Li being the first artiste to perform. ‘Empisa Zo’, ‘Nakati’ and ‘Esimu’are the songs he performed as the revelers sang along.
Dressed in a black, simple sleeveless leather jacket, black vest, pants and shoes, Bobi Wine took the stage at half past midnight and without a waste of time, he began with singing ‘Size Yo’, ‘Mazzi Mawanvu’, ‘Paradiso’ ‘Bad Man From Kamwokya’ and ‘Wendi’ before he re-introduced Nubian Li with whom they performed their collabo songs.
Performing tunes like ‘ Number 1’, ‘Yegwe’, ‘For Better For Worse’ , ‘Nakumiss’, ‘Kigwa Leero’ and ‘Ndi Muna Uganda’, Fans were really seen grooving to the beats. That’s the time he went for a break but left Mikie Wine (his little brother) who performed his ‘Yanimba’ hit and also invited Daxx Vybz, Banjo Man and Bilaangi Langi also fire base crew members.
Bobi took stage again at 1:38 am this time dressed in all white African wear (Kitenge). Fans were seen with the energy and they weren’t bored at all. He performed ‘Ebibuuzo’, Tugambile Ku Jennifer’, ‘Time Bomb’, ‘Obululu’ ‘Tutambule’ ‘Singa’, ‘Ekiloto’ and lastly ‘Dembe’ but fans really showed him the love and he also gave the best live music doze.
Every last Thursday of the month, Bakuli-Kampala based night spot Club Ambiance in conjunction with Zzela events will be bringing a local artiste closer to their fans in musical live music show.
