Ghetto president Bobi Wine has once again shown why he is a worthy leader and mentor to many youths not only in the ghetto but the country at large. While looking for ways to solve the galloping unemployment situation in the country, the singer partnered with a motorcycle company, so that people could get the bikes on loan and pay back as they use them.
‘With the rampant unemployment and poverty especially among the ghetto youth, I decided to partner with TVS to make it easier by introducing a Loan Scheme,’ he said before going to reveal how it would work, ‘You can now get a brand new TVS bodaboda by paying an upfront of just 1m and pay the balance in smaller bits as you use your bike.‘
Bobi Wine who recently turned down a bribe to quit the Kyadondo East MP race has in more than words can explain proved to be a motivation to many but also a ray of hope to the ghetto children who are trying to break the poverty grip.
Very often the ghetto youths have been viewed as criminals but Bobi Wine is all about changing the mentality. He helped create a platform on which the youth showcased their skills in music, art, crafts, boxing, mechanics and so many others.
The singer is currently working on music that will help change society, through the messaging found in the lyrics and the videos which will be captivating.
