We wouldn’t be wrong to say that veteran musician Jose Chameleone has something to smile about from his friendship with Jamaican Reggae band of four brothers, Morgan Heritage.
A few days ago, Morgan Heritage dropped their much anticipated 16 track album dubbed ‘Loyalty’ and amongst the 16 songs off it is one dubbed ‘Africa We She’ which features Jose Chameleone, Stonebwoy, Samini and Kojo Antwi from Ghana
The song is basically one that praises Africa, Africans and their culture. The message in the song is to basically call upon Africans home and abroad to love their continent and unite
Chameleone’s verse comes first after the introduction sang by Peetah Morgan who is the band’s lead singer. He sings in Kiswahili and English languages as he stresses a point that Africa has no problems and Africans are welcoming people who represent for peace and love.
He is also heard backing up Peetah Morgan in the chorus which is sang five times in the whole song
This song offers nothing but big mileage for the self proclaimed ‘music doctor’ basing on the fact that Morgan Heritage is pushing the album internationally.
Chameleone took social media to express his excitement to feature on their album.
“As I grew up I got different music inspiration from various legendary artistes and Morgan Heritage Was one of them. Eventually I grew up, Worked hard and finally it paid!! I am so grateful to share music with these legendary brothers. Have you listened to Loyalty Album? If not look it out and “Africa We Seh” Ft : Jose Chameleone will make your days. Of the new Album LOYALTY” Read Chameleone’s post on Facebook
