Coco Finger The Luo Ambassador Is Set To ‘Vibrate’ At The Club Mega Fest

Coco Finger’s trade mark vibration dance also known as the ‘Scooby do Dance’ by fans is surely something fans will be feeding on come 20th September at the Club Mega Fest in Namboole. The self proclaimed Luo Ambassador is a big stage performer and loves to dance too.

His ‘Scooby do dance’ moves were inspired by the break through song ‘Vibrator dance’ and since then the dance hall artist with Langi origins from the North has made it his trade mark.

Coco Finger real names Moses Okori who recently appeared on London’s Sporah show is on the high after releasing two brand new dancehall tunes ‘Leo ni leo’ And ‘Obufumbo’ and says he is ‘now ready for the big stage’

The pencil thin singer was born on 25th June, 1982 in a semi-ghetto community called Kitoro in Entebbe, Uganda. He worked as an MC in popular local hangouts Lido Beach and Club PaLui and was an MC in Tanzania for two years before coming back to Uganda to kick-start his professional music career.

After a short stint with Emma Carlos (of Twinkle Star Agency) on a project with all-girl Wafagio group to remix ‘Mukidongo’ in 2009, Coco finger got massive recognition and support to develop his potential in the industry.

A year later, he released his first two singles ‘Emikono waguru’ and ‘My Miss’ , which saw him get nominated for the Pearl of Africa Music Awards (PAM) for the categories of Best Ragga Artiste and New Artiste of the year and put up a massive performance as well on the Award night.

Now armed with a full album, ‘Finger Print’ and currently promoting one of the latest singles ‘Leo ni leo,’ the now popular dance hall artist is ready to rub shoulders with the big boys of the game. He will represent alongside a select side of home based talent that will accompany international super stars Shaggy (US-Jamaica), Mafikizolo (South Africa), Burna Boy(Nigeria) and Patra (Jamaica) at the Club Mega Fest.

He will be expected to perform popular songs like ‘Obufumbo’, ‘Never Never’, ‘Private Number, ‘Mikono Wagulu’, ‘Don’t Break My Heart’, ‘Ekimuli Kya Roza’, ‘My Miss’,Party animal’ and ‘Leo Ni Leo’
