Desire Luzinda Switches To Gospel After Dropping Last Secular Music Album

On Monday the 3rd of September, singer Desire Luzinda finally released her last album dubbed Transition which she had announced to release on 23rd August but was postponed due to unknown reasons. Many questions were paused but one hot one was ‘Has Desire totally quit singing?’

This and the other questions were all answered at Transition album listeners’ party that took place at the Kisementi based Sky Lounge and Restaurant where she hosted journalists and a few well wishers.

It was a night of fan and interaction as revellers listened to songs off this 17 track album. There was also a moment of question and answer where Desire was asked questions and one of them was ‘what is she planning to do after the music?’.

Much as as we thought she had totally quit music, Desire disclosed how she will be switching to singing gospel music but she not so soon because she first have to take her time

“I am switching to gospel music, I will be doing gospel music but when the time is right. Right now I am concentrating on the Girls With Goals campaign ” Desire Said

Girls and Goals campaign is an initiative Desire launched after embracing Jesus Christ. It’s intention is to sensitize girls on making smart and right choices while chasing their dreams.
