Dizzy Nuts Will Be Missed

Musician Denis Oscar Mubuke Galiwango alias Dizzy Nuts was laid to rest yesterday at 4pm at his ancestral home in Jadira village, Kayabwe Parish, Nkozi S/C, Mpigi District with hundreds paying their last tributes

Among the prominent people who attended the burial include musicians Bebe Cool, Catherine Kusasira and King Michael among others.

The late is survived with three children (Sheebah Namitala, Emmanuelle Kiguli Simon Peter and James Kulumba Solomon) and their mother known as Winnie Nakalyango.

A vigil was held at his parents’ home in Kireka Parish, Bweyogerere Division at Mzee Simon Kiguli Mubuuke’s home on Monday night where fellow artistes and well-wishers were present.

Aged 34 years, Dizzy Nuts started his career in Firebase Crew before switching to Gagamel where he made a name for himself after featuring on Bebe Cool’s two songs titled ‘Fire Burn Dem’ and ‘Mundongo’.

The late went to Kaboja Primary School, Kasasa Secondary School in Masaka for his ‘O’ Level, and Mityana Secondary School for his ‘A’ Level before he attended Makerere University where graduated with a degree in Tourism.
