Lately, Dr Hilderman doesn’t leave Bobi Wine’s side. They are always together be it concerts, court and rallies.
He is doing this to get a few tips from the Kyadondo East Member of Parliament and what he has possibly been told is to go back to the grass roots because starting today, the aspiring Mawokota candidate for the next Parliamentary elections has decided to start a campaign dubbed ”TUDDE EKA TUGOGOLE” (Let’s get back where it all started).
In this campaign, the musician is calling upon everybody to create time and visit his roots like home area, former schools and villages.
He’s passing on this message especially to people who have managed to make it in city.
“Trust me, if we take care of our roots, our people and villages will be transformed,” he said.
To kick start this campaign, Hilderman went back to his primary school, Goli Boys and together with his OB’s, they toured and talked to students, teachers and parents about their challenges and solutions to those problems.
Dr Hilderman is a Ugandan musician who made a mark on the entertainment industry with ‘Double Bed’, a song that took the industry by storm before he went on to record other songs like ‘Kampe’, ‘Ámeria’ and ‘Abite Ebikute’ among others.
