Music super star and one of Africa’s best Dr Jose Chameleone, is back at it with a fresh song dubbed ‘Bemba’ and this one, he dedicated it to the one and only beloved King of Buganda Kingdom, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi the 2nd. In the song, The Leone Island Boss took time to compose the lyrics which are full of praise for the King of Buganda Kingdom, the land where he also hails from.
Being a pure Muganda and a talented one at that, Chameleone wouldn’t fail to come up with something special like this one. In this song ‘Bemba’, the ‘ Wale Wale’ hit maker does not only praise the King, but also advises the parents to groom their children right, teach them the Buganda Kingdom norms and values and also tells the youth not to spend most of their time on the internet when they know nothing about their Kingdom.
Fellow other Baganda artistes have through the years released songs that praise and thank their King, and this time we see the ‘Heavy Weight’ do the same in ‘Bemba’.
“Bemba was produced by producer Kays and Chameleone himself, the video is currently being shot and is expected to come out at the end of this month, its a good and new experience because he has never done it before, although he doesn’t know whether his fans will embrace it but it is good for him to sing for his king”. Chameleone’s manager Robert told Chano8 in an exclusive interview.
Chameleone has been a busy man recently, especially after he graced the recent Kampala City Council Authority carnival on Saturday the 4th of October and he will also be performing in; Munich, Koln, Stockholm, Oslo, Brussels, Amsterdam and Tokyo cities soon. To the Jose Chameleone fans out there, ‘Bemba’ is officially out and you can lookout for it online.
