End Of An Era As ‘Pioneer Presenter’ Siima Sabiti Leaves XFM

Everything has to come to an end but in most cases what matters is the impact someone or something has left behind. That’s exactly what radio presenter Siima Sabiti has done at XFM.

Siima Sabiti has left XFM after eight years of dedicated work which has seen her rise to the ranks.

She has been one of the pioneering presenters of the station ever since it switched from Vision FM to XFM.

In her final tweet at XFM, Siima posted ‘So it is officially my final week on XAM’ on Monday.

Siima has joined Rudende who also threw in the towel sometime back and both have been doing the Xam, a morning show that has been running from 6am till 10am.

“Senior Management is taking the show to a different direction and I have been taken off the show,” she clarified on a video posted on her facebook page before adding that It’s not the end of radio for me. I don’t think, but it looks like it is the end of the road on XFM.”

We are still not sure if her decision to get off radio was based on too much content for the magazine that she has to concentrate on or whether she has gotten another offer somewhere else. However, we will keep you updated on any new info we can land on.
