Celebrated Ugandan veteran musician Jose Chameleone is currently admitted at Nakasero Hospital in Kampala where he was rushed to on Friday, in critical condition.

Following his admission, some rumours began circulating that the musician is battling liver and pancreas disorders and many attributed this to Chameleone’s to much consumption of whiskey and other alcoholic drinks.

However, if the singer’s wife, Daniela Atim’s revelation is something to go by, then the “Wale Wale” singer could be battling something totally different from what was reported.

Through a post on her official Instagram account on Saturday evening, Daniela revealed that Chameleone is suffering from an infection called “Pylori
