A lot of losses were made after Uganda Police decided to out of the blue stop Bobi Wine’s 2018 Boxing Day concert that takes place at his owned One Love Beach, Busaabala annually. At least we all saw or heard about what happened in Busaabala and more is set to happen if Bobi and Police don’t come to a concrete consensus

However, as Police continues to block his concerts, information that we received has it that the self styled Ghetto President was officially invited to perform at the upcoming two day Reggae, Ragga and Dancehall festival dubbed ‘Rebel Salute’ which takes place every mid January annually in Jamaica

Organised by Jamaican Reggae and Dancehall singer Tony Rebel, this event known for its focus on Reggae roots and conscious music is set to take place on Saturday the 18th and Saturday the 19th  of January 2019 at Grizzly’s Plantation Cove located in ST Ann Parish Jamaica.

The news of Bobi’s performance at this festival which is considered as one of the biggest music festivals in Jamaica was broken by himself a few days ago

“Rebel Salute 2019. This is Bobi Wine representing from Uganda down in mama Africa and I will there on the 18th and 19th of January Bobi Wine said a videos he shared on social media

The Rebel Salute organiser himself confirmed to the world and Bobi Wine fans about his performance in a video clip we came across.

“Uganda this is no propaganda. Bobi Wine in Jamaica on time in time for Rebel Salute” Tony Rebel said.

As he  gears up for this fest, Bobi Wine is set to rub shoulders and share stage with Reggae and Ragga legends like King Yellow Man, Capleton, Half Pint, Horace Andy, Dawn Penn, Luciano, Mykal Rose and Queen Ifrica among many others
