Fresh Kid Gets First Ever Nomination And It’s At The Carolina Music Video Awards

Seven-year-old rapper Patrick Ssenyonjo, popularly known by his stage name Fresh Kid that has taken the entertainment industry by storm in the last few months is again flying high.

It has been understood that youngster’s ‘Bambi’ music video has been nominated in the Carolina Music Video Awards (CMVAs).

The organizers of the awards released the 2019 nominees list on Tuesday ahead of the awards scheduled for Saturday the 20th of July in The USA.

Using his social media platforms, the rapper posted to let his fans know about his international nomination and he is asking them to vote him.

“Hey guys, I need your support please vote for me I need to bring this award home. Share as much as you can,” Fresh Kid posted

Unconfirmed reports indicate that the rapper will travel to the USA to attend the awards in person. Other Ugandan Musicians that have been nominated alongside Fresh Kid in the same category are  Ykee Benda, Feffe Busi and Lydia Jazmine.

Fresh Kid has had a fabulous 2019  so far. He has been releasing new songs and getting bookings for some shows which could have landed him the nomination deal.

The goal of the “Carolina Music Video Awards” is aimed at offering worldwide recognition to artists who deserve to be honored for not only their creative works but also as hardworking individuals who excel in debuting with their talents through visual performance and media.
