According to FUFA president Moses Magogo, plans for the national team to qualify for AFCON is in 2019 and with a radio station already secure, all foot balling activities will be aired right there all day and night.

The news broke recently after weeks of negotiations and with immediate effect, the name changed from Wavah FM to FUFA FM but still remains on frequency 102.1fm with the amount still undisclosed.

Information from Naguru is that business tycoon Gordon Wavamuno has of late given up on entertainment ventures because they no longer work for him.

With the rise of more Radio stations, the tycoon was left with no choice but to let go of one of his baby investments.

This is a bonus for FUFA President Moses Magogo because this is the first time a Ugandan football governing body is having a radio station with yet another deal of new sponsors for the super league on the way.
