The organisers of the upcoming Radio and Weasel’s ‘10 Years Of Raw ’ concert that is slated for this Friday the 3rd of November have really done a pretty good Job when it comes to advertising this much anticipated event that is going see Uganda’s number one boy duo music Radio and Weasel mark a decade of doing music.
As the fans prepare to storm Lugogo Rugby ground, Ugandan artistes and those from other African countries who are friends with the two are also in high gear. One of the artistes who came out to show his support for Radio and Weasel’s concert through an endorsement is one of Ghana’s top artistes Stonebwoy a Reggae and Dancehall singer.
Stone Bwoy dropped a 25 seconds video of him endorsing the concert and expressed how it gives him a lot of honour to endorse their concert.
“Blessings and manners Stone Bwoy representing all the way from Ghana for my brothers Radio and Weasel, Uganda 3rd November Kyadondo Rugby ground 10th anniversary. It gives me a lot of honour and joy to be endorsing this because you know it’s one Africa Reggae, Dancehall and Afrobeat to the world.” Stone Bwoy said
It is however not clear whether the Ghanaian artistes who is commonly known for songs like ‘Run Go’, ‘Come From Far’, ‘People Dey’ among others will be coming through for the concert but since they promises lots of surprises at concert at the recent presser they held, may be Stone Bwoy is one of those surprises.
Organised by Balaam Events and sponsored by MTN and Bell Lager, the concert is will see Radio and Weasel commonly known as Goodlyfe Crew perform all the hit tunes they have released through the years.
The two officially began working together when they both Jose Chameleone’s Leone Island in the year 2007. Those who remember so well, the song ‘Nakudata’ featuring Omulangila Suuna was the song that shone a bright light for them and like they say, the rest is history.
