“Culture preserves and provides knowledge, which is essential for the physical and intellectual existence of man,” said deputy Chief Executive officer for Uganda Tourism Board, John Ssempebwa at a press conference last week and also added that culture preserves knowledge and helps its transmission from generation to generation, directs and confines the behaviour of an individual and in many cases has provided employment.
