Many people blamed her saying it was an unwise decision to all of a sudden quit Swangz Avenue a Muyenga based record Label where she had been signed for almost 5 years. Going by the success singer Irene Ntale has had after she quit for a solo career early 2017, we are not wrong to say that she is on the right track if at all she keeps it up.
From the time she quit, she is under the management of her young sister Sandra Ntale who has done quite an amazing job that saw Ntale keep in her fans ears and eyes the whole of 2017 and with these few months we have spent in 2018, Irene Ntale is doing well. She has a new song dubbed ‘Gukuba’ which you might need to check out.
After leaving Swangz, there was a question of what is next for Ntale and which record label is she set to join? This question was finally answered a few days back while Ntale was speaking at an interview on Spark TV’s ‘Koona’ hosted by Miles Rwamiti.
Among the many questions asked to her, Rwamiti asked her whether after of year of solo career, she can join any other record label.
“No I can’t join any other record label because I have gotten used to the game. I think I would help someone else now but I would not sign with any other label.” Irene Ntale explained.
While asked whether she feels she has grown big enough to begin a band or may be a record label of herself Ntale replied saying;
“It is a future but right now I can’t say I have a record label and call upon artistes to sign them no, because I don’t have the means to do that but with time, it is something that I would love to do. I want to nurture a singer who will also have an amazing career.”
That left a side, the 29 old singer is gearing for upcoming one woman concert dubbed ‘Ntale Unchained’ which is set to see her celebrate her music career and a year of a solo career come Friday the 6th of July.
