
Last month, Jamaican Reggae, Ragga and Dancehall singer Anthony B left Ugandans yearning for more at the Reggae Jam Fest that took place at Legends Grounds although it was interrupted by KCCA officials over reasons that it exceeded the Midnight time limit.
For the Reggae lovers who were left in suspense, worry not because another Jamaican superstar is already in the country ahead of the concert. Come Sunday the 22nd of April, Eric Donaldson famous for songs like ‘Cherry Oh Baby’ original version, ‘Sweet Jamaica’, ‘You Got Let Me Go’, ‘Delilah’ among others is slated to perform at the upcoming Cherry Oh Baby Jamboree slated to happen at the Munyonyo based Jahazi Pier
Eric arrived in the country on Monday this week and we were told that after his arrival he has been busy doing rehearsals with the band and together with David Cecil with the CEO East African Records the company that flew in the artiste, they began the media tour on the different local Radio and TV stations and so far they have been at Galaxy FM and NBS TV with more set to come all in the name of creating more awareness for this show.

Advance tickets are already on sale at easy pay outlets around Kampala at Ug Shs 40,000 but it will be 50,000 at the door on the events’ day.
Courtesy of East African Records ,this event will see Reggae band from Burundi, Lion Story and Kenya’s Nazizi headling not forgetting surprise local Reggae and Dancehall artistes. The Ugandan Reggae fraternity is gearing up for this show and Chano8 shall bring to the highlights
