Kenyan band Sauti Sol recently received a nod from BBC as they were featured on their website.
Sauti Sol who currently sweeping the airwaves with their ‘Sura Yako’ song, have put a whole different spin on African music. They usually blend warm resonant pop with traditional Kenyan influences which seems to be catching on.
In a message they shared on Facebook, the band showed gratitude as they said,

Sauti Sol which is the hottest selling band in East Africa at the moment has four members namely, Bien-Aime Baraza, Willis Austin Chimano, Delvin Mudigi and Polycarp Otieno.
