Musician Eddie Kenzo of the big talent entertainment says bad black and Sheilla Don Zella’s entry into the local music industry is not something new to get excited about because the local music industry is so competitive with lots good female musicians.
Bad black announced that she had embarked on a music career after spending two and a half years in Luzira Prison whereas Sheilla Don Zella.the ex-girlfriend of musician Big Eye Star Boss is a city music promoter who also deals in events management.
Speaking on Bukedde TV programme, FUL DOZ on Friday night Kenzo said he doubts if the two socialites can handle the pressure of the industry.
“Let us give them time because musicians such as Zari and others had the money but they failed to make it. Money doesn’t sing it’s the talent in someone,” he said.
Kenzo who appeared on TV for the first time since winning the BET award last year said that he has not been performing locally because of sickness.
“I even missed the American event where I was slated to perform for Obama because of sickness. I thank my fans and family who prayed for me because it wasn’t easy dealing with sickness,” he said.
He also premiered his new single named VIVA Africa, a song where he expresses his love for African music.
“The video was shot in Arua district. I will be releasing two more singles this month which will wrap up my zero to hero Album that I will be launching in October,” he added.
