After featuring in Bobi Wine’s controversial ‘Tuliyambala Engule’ song, it has been said that King Saha’s concerts have started being blocked with the latest being his concert in Kasese last Friday .
It is said that the musician was supposed to stage one of his extra ‘Biri Biri’ concerts in Kasese at Silver Springs Hotel, Kasese but the show was at first not allowed to go on after being denied clearance by the authorities.
However, the show’s promoter Tonny Ssempijja, a decided to take Saha to finish the matter with General Salim Sale at his Kasese home and later the show was okayed to go on.
It is said that Saleh gave Saha over Ug Shs 20 million and requested him to go and sing for the revelers without charging them any amount at the entrance.
Besides that, we also got information that Salim Sale who is the president’s brother wants other artistes like Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine and Jose Chameleone to go perform for people in Kasese for free.
King Saha a few years ago was among the 12 artistes who featured on ‘Tubonga Nawe’, a song that was praising incumbent president Museveni and his ruling NRM government for its achievements. The public castigated them for this song and perhaps to make things right, he decided to be part of Bobi Wine’s Engule.
