With just a few hours to the Lira Purple, many especially the youth are in high spirits basing on the fact that top Kampala and Lira artistes are set to thrill revellers later on in the evening. In the need to hype it more in the ‘Langi’ region, NTV’S Douglas Lwanga (the CEO Purple Party) yesterday hosted his daily TV show ‘The Beat TV’ at Lira Hotel.
Acting as a mini studio at the same time as an activation spot for the club, NTV Uganda and Sms One sponsored party. It saw lots of entertainment from Fresh Lane dance crew and music performances from Lira artistes Bee Pee, Maros, Chemical, Blood Moon, Weancent and Brazen Rule and Okeng Born Town.
After Lira tonight, Purple party will head to Gulu town at Acholi Inn where it’s regional tour will be concluded as we await the main party on Sunday the 11th of December at Uganda Museum located in Kitante-Kampala.
Below is a collection of how the Chano8, purple activations went down in Lira.
