Mun G Finally Has Last Laugh After Pulling Massive Crowd At ‘Sente Zange’ Concert

They say for one to succeed in something, you should never give up and how ever many times you fall, it doesn’t matter but what matters is always picking yourself back up on your feet. This is exactly what happened with Singer Emmanuel Matovu Mungi commonly known as Mun G who excited fans on Saturday during his “Ondisa Bubi Sente Zange concert that was held at Freedom city Mall, Entebbe Road.

Mun G’s previous concerts were either poorly attended or completely, but this was not the case this weekend as the ‘Ssejjusa’ singer pulled a huge crowd at his concert and wowed them too.

With schools breaking for holidays last week and Mun G’s fan base mostly falling under this category, he and his organisers seem to have got it right straight from the start. The crowd of mainly youngsters started streaming in as early as 5:00pm, the show started at 7 pm with the numbers growing as it went on.

By 8:30pm, the venue had registered one of the highest numbers of fans at Freedom City in both the ordinary and VIP sections and looked excited as the curtain raisers like Navio , Gravity Omutujju and other upcoming artistes warmed up the stage for the main man.

Dressed in a black and white velvet sports suit, Mun G took to the stage at around 10pm and was welcomed by thunderous screams, cheers and ululations from the crowd.

The Kuntakinte entertainment boss didn’t disappoint as he put up an energetic performance that kept the fans on their feet as they danced and cheered on.  He fired up the crowd with his hit songs like ‘Ssejjusa’,  ‘Sala Puleesa’,’ Byayanga’, ‘Big bumpa’, Sente Zange’ among others. The event which ended at midnight was sponsored by Pepsi.
