Developing A New Africa foundation Team led by Dana Simovic, the founder of the foundation visited a total of 6 different schools around Kampala where they have several projects on health and environment and have started DANA clubs in each of the schools that are delivering considerable changes in the school and community environment.
Simovic who hails from Sweden said “I got inspired to start DANA when a woman I was sitting next to in the bus on my way to Soroti threw an empty bottle out of the bus window. This inspired me to want to change Uganda back to what it was before, The Pearl Of Africa.”
