Fast rising Dance-hall artiste Nutty Neithan of the ‘Bakuwe Kyonywa’ hit fame is an artiste who is trying hard to raise his game in the chaotic music industry. Last week, Nutty released a triple of Reggae and Dance-hall tracks namely ‘Rastas And Jews’, ‘Walk To Work’ and ‘Mpaka Kufa’ (Till I die). ‘Walk To Work’ and ‘Mpaka Kufa’ are dance-hall songs where as ‘Rastas and Jews’ is reggae track.
In the song ‘Rastas and Jews’, Nutty made a comparison between Rastafarians and Jews as being the same people plus encouraging people to work hard and being self driven even when the life is hard. ‘Walk To Work’ is a love song and in it, the Singer talks about liking how a girl wiggles and how he gets attracted to her. In ‘Mpaka Kufa’, the Mbale born Singer sings about loving a girl until he dies because of her beauty that has gotten all guys in the city excited.
Nutty Neithan’s determination to succeed in the industry has also seen him embark on successful collaborations with fellow Ugandan artistes like Mun G, Yvonne among many others. However, this has not come easy for him in this challenging music industry but he still persists and releases more songs to quench the thirst of his growing fans.
