Afro-House music lovers had yet another party to celebrate the fast rising music genre and mingle together yesterday Sunday the 10th of April at the Brunch-In-House concert.
Organised by Mwami Media and powered by Club Pilsener, the concert took place at the Naggulu, Kampala based Skyz Hotel’s rooftop
This inaugural Brunch In- House concert featured a lineup of local disc jockeys like Kas Baby, Melvin, Kamali, Cheek O Dread, Chapat and Since 8Y8 and Next Radio’s Mwami Kiyimba and Daddy Simz were the hosts.
South African disc jockey, music producer and songwriter Sanele Sithole commonly known as Sun-El Musician was as earlier announced, the main headline act for this social event that did not only attract Afro-House music heads but also other part animals dwelling in Kampala and neighboring areas.
After thrilling performances from the named DJs, the main act Sun-El took to the stage kept the revellers’ vibe alive and even took it higher as he played some of his bangers like “Uhuru” featuring Azana, “Higher” featuring Simmy, “Akanamali” featuring Samthing Soweto and “Sonini” which was named the 2019 record of the year in the South African Music Awards, among other songs
