For years now Blankets And Wine Kampala has been and is still that event that has become a big attraction to revellers and mostly socialites. Revellers always gather at the historical place Uganda Museum for equally a historical event where they get entertained with the best of live music performances.
With two more editions this year to come, the 13th edition had its own success story last weekend as talented local singers like Davis Ntare, Jackie Akello, MoRoots, Sandra Suubi, Solome Basuuta, and Kirya Kuti put up massive performances to entertain the surprisingly huge crowd(as many people were skeptical about the main headliners), but then Micasa a South African male music trio turned out a lot more lively and entertaining. Many revellers left satisfied as they got their money’s worth.
Like usual, gates opened as early as 10Am and the revellers who had dressed to kill, started trickling in by around 1pm with their Blankets, mats and Wines . Performances were on point and singers showcased their best and the party was groovy. Mnay fashion statements were made with most people pulling it off in the fashion sense.Chano was there and brings you some of the best moments through the lenses.
