By 7:00pm, fans were already flocking the gates of Freedom City in Namasuba. The entrance fee was no hinderance to entry because by 8:00pm, the venue was full and performances kicked off. Most of the curtain raisers were established well to do artistes unlike other shows held at the same venue where curtain raisers were mainly artistes no one knew about.
The performances of the night were very exciting and many of the revellers were impressed. By the time Victor Kamenyo took to the stage, the crowd was already worked and they cheered him as he rhymed on and on with hits like Silina Malala. Other performances of the night came from Feffe Bussi, Big Eye, Gravity Omutujju, Anita Da Diva, Evelyn Lagu, Desire Luzinda, Magazyn, Phantom Lovins, Aziz Azion, Nince Henry, Minayo and the Mayanja Family was there too.
Pallaso and Chameleone had a lot to offer and by the time Chameleone stepped on stage, it seemed as if the show was his. He sang songs like Wale Wale, Gimme Gimme, Nkoleki, Bwerere and many more that drove the crowd wild with excitement. This wasn’t enough to get the crowd tiring down because when Radio and Weasel appeared, it was a whole new story. Fans jumped and lifted the chairs with excitement.
The musical duo performed songs like Ngenda Mumaaso, Potential, Amaaso with Pallaso, Forgotten, Neera, Juicy Juicy, and some of their latest songs. The show ended at 2:00pm with Radio and Weasel thanking their team (Team Radio and Weasel) for pushing them this far. The show ended at 2:30pm and everyone left feeling contented. The fans had actually received more than they bargained for.
