Despite the fact that the management of Radio and Weasel had strengthened the fans and the public at large that singer Moze Radio real names Moses Nakintije Ssekibogo was going to be fine, it is very unfortunate that  the 33 year old singer did not make it as was expected.

Radio passed on on Thursday morning the 1st of February 2018 following the nasty head injuries he sustained during a fist fight at the Entebbe road based De Bar bar located in Freedom City Mall on Monday night the 22nd of January. Since then, Radio has  been admitted in Case Clinic’s intensive care unit until today when he met his untimely death.

Top events promoter Balaam Barugahara who has been one of the people working tooth and nail to make sure Radio is back on the road and Case Clinic management confirmed the death of the ‘Neera’ hit maker to have died at 6 AM today morning.

This whole sad news however comes in after Radio turned 33 last week on 25th January as well as two big money contributions towards his hospital charges from president Yoweri Museveni and socialite Brian White who gave Radio’s family Ug Shs 30 and 25 million respectively.

Already social media is on fire with people passing on their special condolence messages to the family friends and well wishers of the fallen singer.

We shall live to remember the Radio and single songs like Sweet Lady, ‘Neera’, ‘Ongambanga’ and the latest ‘Kintu’ and ‘Kasubo Jane’ which are the off the Kintu Riddim, without forgetting the hundreds he sang with Weasel will always remind us of the sweet voiced singer Radio
